Dear visitor,

Welcome to the Civil Engineering Bulletin, one of the very first forums for civil engineers in the world. May we ask you to read through this announcement, so you understand why we build/support this forum/website.

It is great if we have a place that civil engineers can meet, talk and share their working experiences. Some of you may say that “we already have a number of forums on the internet?”. Yes, you are right, there are many forums, but none of them is really dedicated for civil engineering. We want to build a forum that specializes in civil engineering and covers a wide range of subject areas.

Who we are and what we do? We are senior consulting engineers, researchers and professors from many different countries such as USA, Canada, , Australia, Germany, China, Vietnam and Singapore. We have been involved in many international projects in all around the world. The more we work, the more we feel that there is a great need in exchanging working experiences and information between civil engineers. No one knows everything and we need to learn from others - that is why we join Civil Engineering Bulletin (CEBulletin).

What do you expect from CEBulletin? When becoming a member of Civil Engineering Bulletin, you will be able to share your opinions in all the topics at this website. We, volunteer engineers, and other members will generously and honestly give our answers to your questions. We also want your supports by providing our members useful information that you know. That is what a civil engineer need when working on a project in your countries/areas. We all will mutually learn from others and that will help us to work on international projects. By sharing your opinions and experiences, your reputation will grow and that will help a lot for your profession.

This forum is not only dedicated for civil engineers but also for everyone who is interested in civil engineering such as becoming students, project managers, investors, etc. So, please join the forum and expand your knowledge.

The more members, the better chance to get answers/explanations for your questions. We encourage you to tell your friends, colleagues, students and professors about this forum.

Thank you very much and all the best to you.

Best regards,

Volunteer Civil Engineers
