We are the developers (Mumbai, India) and we wish to develop a high rise building comprising 40 stories above ground level further we wish to have an opinion from the various RCC consultant / professionals to develop this bldg in RCC framed structure without demolishing the existing bldg(G+5).
Project Constraints
1) Only peripheral columns can be taken.
2) The proposed 1 st floor slab will be at 25 mtrs from the existing ground level and all the upper floors shall be at regular intervals above the 1st floor excluding parking floors and commercial development.
3) Commercial levels and parking floors are to be placed in between 25mtrs height which will be developed after completion of all upper floors.
4) During the construction all regular work / operations of existing tenements should not be disturbed.
5) The existing bldg. is abutting to 6.0 m wide roads on two adjacent sides having 0 (Zero) open spaces as marked in given sketch.
