View Full Version : Why do people use the employee break room to make cell phone calls?

I go into the employee room on breaks to read the paper or chat with fellow employees over coffee. Invariably, some employee will be on the cell phone discussing personal matters, arguing with her boyfriend, talking loudly and just being generally annoying. Shouldn't this be discouraged?

I think, Break room is important for employees, because after the stress they want some rest for cell calls, chit chat and for other reasons. but after this they work by fresh mind...

Break Room is Place which People Entertained through Chit Chat and Read newspaper
and Eat different thing.
