i am trying to advise a contractor not to de-water ground as the site is in a built up area. what other options do i have to stop him de-watering as the nrighbouring building will settle. the radius of influence is 693m.

I read somewhere that after washing your dirtbike and the chain that you should spray the chain with de-watering fluid before you put the chain lube on. Also that you should spray de watering fluid on any exposed metal parts where the paint has worn off and also spray the exhaust system, spoke nipples, shocker shaft and fork legs etc.
