Approving Resuming

am new to this site, i find it quite gud.
i hav just posted my resume, i am interested in jobs posted here..but whenever i click to apply for any of them, it says that u must hav 1 approved resume, i dont undrstnad how to approve my resume. plz i need guidance asap
